Record cash receipts/income from your daily cash reports or online transfers.
Record cash or cheque disbursements
Record any adjusting entries necessary in records for transactions like incoming shipments, accounts receivables/payables and monthly depreciations.
Reconcile bank and credit card business accounts.
Review and prepare payroll records.
Prepare VAT returns monthly or quarterly provided that accounting certification is not required, which remains outside scope of this agreement.
Generate a Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statement for monthly review.
